What AllDays is
AllDays is a free collection of 41 small, single-purpose tools for everyday tasks — converters, generators, PDF utilities, and calculators. No account. No paywall. No trial period.
The one design rule
Everything runs in your browser. When you merge a PDF here, the merging happens on your own device using JavaScript. The file never travels across the internet, never lands on a server, and never gets stored anywhere we control — because there is no server doing the work.
This isn't a marketing claim we're asking you to trust. It's a structural fact about how the site is built: AllDays is a static website. It has no backend, no database, and no file storage. Open your browser's network tab while using any tool and you'll see that your files aren't going anywhere.
Why it's free
Because the tools cost us almost nothing to run. There's no per-use server cost, no GPU inference bill, no storage fee — the computation happens on your hardware, not ours. That means a small amount of advertising is enough to cover hosting.
It also means we've deliberately not built certain things. AI writing, AI image generation, and OCR would each cost real money every single time someone clicked the button. Those only work as paid subscription products, and we'd rather stay free and be upfront about the limits than bolt on a paywall.
What we don't do
- We don't collect your files. They never reach us.
- We don't require an account. There's nothing to sign up for.
- We don't sell data. We don't have any to sell.
- We don't overpromise. Our PDF compressor tells you plainly when it can't shrink your file much. Our watermark tool says outright that a watermark is a deterrent, not encryption. We'd rather be useful than impressive.
Honest limitations
- Because processing happens on your device, very large files can be slow or run out of memory — especially on older phones.
- Data you save in tools like the Expense Tracker lives in your browser's local storage only. It doesn't sync across devices, and clearing your browser data will erase it. Export important data as backup.
- Our financial and legal tools (Loan Comparison, GST Invoice) do standard calculations correctly, but they aren't a substitute for an accountant or a lawyer. Verify anything that matters.
