Using AllDays
AllDays is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. No account is required. You can use the outputs — invoices, PDFs, palettes, generated text — however you like, including in commercial work. We claim no ownership over anything you create with these tools.
Provided "as is"
These tools are provided without warranty of any kind. We've built them carefully and tested them, but we can't guarantee they'll be error-free, available at all times, or fit for any particular purpose.
Back up anything important. Data saved in tools like the Expense Tracker lives only in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data. Keep your own copies of files that matter before processing them.
Not professional advice
Several tools touch on areas where mistakes have real consequences:
- Loan Comparison performs standard interest calculations, but it is not financial advice. Verify any figure you'd act on, and speak to a qualified advisor before making borrowing decisions.
- GST Invoice Generator does the standard tax maths, but GST compliance rules vary by turnover, state, and year. Confirm HSN/SAC codes, e-invoicing thresholds, and filing requirements with a qualified accountant.
- Invoice, Resume, and Cover Letter tools produce drafts and documents, not legal or professional guarantees.
We are not your accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor, and using these tools does not create such a relationship.
Security tools have limits
Our PDF Watermark tool applies a visual mark. That is a deterrent, not security — a determined person can remove it. Do not rely on it to protect genuinely confidential material. Similarly, our Hash Generator is for integrity checking, not a complete security solution.
Acceptable use
Don't use AllDays to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or process material you have no right to. Don't attempt to disrupt the site or use it to harm others. Since everything runs in your browser, what you do with these tools is genuinely your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllDays is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of these tools — including lost data, incorrect calculations, or business losses. Given the tools are free and run entirely on your own device, you use them at your own risk.
