What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. They're widely used to remember preferences, keep a site working smoothly, and — in the case of advertising — to measure and personalise the ads you see. Some are set by the site you're visiting (first-party) and some by other companies whose services appear on the page (third-party).
Cookies AllDays itself uses
AllDays is deliberately light. The tools run in your browser and don't need accounts, so we set very little:
- Preferences stored on your device. Your theme (light/dark), text-size choice, favourite tools, and recently used tools are saved using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, isn't sent to us, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.
- No first-party tracking or analytics cookies that identify you personally are set by AllDays for its own tools.
Third-party cookies: Google AdSense
AllDays shows ads through Google AdSense, and those ads are what keep every tool free to use. When ads load, Google and its partners may set and read cookies on your device. These are used to:
- Serve ads and measure their performance;
- Limit how many times you see the same ad;
- Personalise ads based on your interests, where that's enabled;
- Help detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. How to control cookies
You're in control, and you have several options:
- Personalised ads: manage or turn off ad personalisation in your Google Account at adssettings.google.com.
- Independent opt-outs: opt out of personalised advertising from many vendors at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- In your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work, though AllDays' own tools will keep functioning since they don't depend on ad cookies.
- Your device preferences (theme, favourites, recents) can be cleared by clearing your browser's site data for AllDays.
Consent
Where required by law (for example, in the EU/EEA and UK), ad partners request consent for the use of advertising cookies before they're set. You can change your choices at any time using the options above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our tools or ad setup change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
