Are these tools really free?
Yes. All 41 tools, with no account, no trial, and no locked features. The site is funded by advertising. Because everything runs in your browser rather than on our servers, our running costs are low enough that ads alone cover them.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Every tool processes your data locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDFs, images, and text never leave your device — there is no server here that could receive them. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and use any tool. You'll see no file being sent.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no signup, no login, and no user database.
Why don't you have AI tools, OCR, or a PDF-to-Word converter?
Honestly: because they'd cost money every single time someone used them. AI text and image generation require paid API calls; OCR needs heavy models; PDF-to-Word conversion needs server-side processing. A free ad-supported site can't absorb a real cost per click. Rather than bolt on a paywall or quietly cap usage, we've built only what we can genuinely give away for free — and we say so plainly on our Roadmap.
Why didn't the PDF compressor shrink my file much?
Because it does structural optimisation only — it can't re-encode embedded images, which is where most PDF bulk actually lives. If your PDF is mostly photos or scans, expect a small reduction. The tool tells you when this happens rather than pretending it worked.
Is the PDF watermark secure?
No, and we won't claim otherwise. A watermark is a visual deterrent. Someone determined can remove it. For genuine protection you need PDF encryption and permissions, which we don't currently offer.
Where is my Expense Tracker data stored?
In your browser's local storage, on your device only. It doesn't sync across devices or browsers, and clearing your browser data will erase it. Use the CSV export as a backup for anything important.
Can I use the outputs commercially?
Yes. Invoices, resumes, colour palettes, generated text, converted PDFs — they're yours. We claim no rights over anything you create.
Is the loan or GST calculator accurate?
The maths is standard and correct. But tax and lending rules vary by country, state, and year, and edge cases exist. These tools are for comparison and estimation — verify anything you'll actually act on with a qualified accountant or advisor.
Do the fancy text styles work everywhere?
Mostly. They're real Unicode characters, so they work in most bios, captions, and chat apps. But appearance varies by device, some platforms strip certain characters, and — importantly — screen readers often can't read them properly. Great for a bio flourish; a bad idea for anything that needs to be accessible.
Can I request a tool?
Yes, please do. Send us a suggestion — the roadmap is shaped by what people actually ask for.
