This policy explains what data AllDays does and does not collect. It's written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
The short version
We do not receive, see, or store the files or text you put into our tools. All processing happens inside your own browser. Your data never leaves your device.
We do serve advertising, and our ad partner collects some data. That is the one meaningful exception, and it's explained in full below.
Files and content you use in our tools
When you upload a PDF, paste text, or enter numbers into any AllDays tool, that content is processed entirely by JavaScript running on your device. It is never transmitted to us. We operate no server that could receive it, and no database that could store it.
When you close the tab, that data is gone — unless you deliberately saved it (see below).
Data stored in your browser
A few tools let you save data locally so you don't lose your work:
- Expense Tracker — saves your expense entries and currency/budget settings.
- Invoice Generator — optionally saves your business name, email, address, currency, and logo so you don't retype them.
This uses your browser's localStorage. It stays on your device, is readable only by this website in this browser, and is never transmitted to us. You can erase it at any time using the "Clear" button inside each tool, or by clearing your browser data. It does not sync between devices.
Server-powered tools (only if enabled)
A small number of tools — PDF↔Office conversion, HTML→PDF, PDF encryption, and deep compression — cannot run in a browser. They are clearly marked with an "Uploads to server" badge, and they appear on the site only when the operator has enabled a server.
If you use one of those tools, the file is sent to our server. It is written to a temporary directory, processed, streamed back to you, and deleted immediately. It is not stored, not backed up, and its contents are never logged.
We're calling this out plainly because it's the one exception to everything else on this page. Every other tool — merging, splitting, watermarking, OCR, and all the generators — still processes your data entirely on your own device. If the tradeoff bothers you, use those instead; they do the job without the upload.
Advertising
AllDays is funded by advertising. Our ad partner may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites
- Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
This is standard behavioural advertising, and it does involve tracking. We want to be straightforward about that rather than bury it.
You can opt out. Visit Google Ads Settings to control personalised advertising, or aboutads.info to opt out of third-party vendors more broadly. Opting out doesn't remove ads — it makes them less targeted.
Ad partners are third parties with their own privacy policies. We don't control what they collect and we don't receive your personal data from them.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand which tools people find useful. This is aggregate data — page counts, referrers, rough country — not individual profiles, and never the contents of your files.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data. We don't have a database of users to sell.
- We never require you to create an account.
- We never upload or retain your files.
- We never ask for payment details.
Children
AllDays is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EU/UK, or CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because we hold essentially none — no accounts, no files, no user database — there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or delete. Data held by our advertising partners is governed by their policies, and their opt-out links are above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
